A Precise answer counts as 5 conversations. When a month’s conversations run out, agents keep answering a little longer, then new conversations wait for next month or an upgrade. One conversation can have up to 20 AI replies on Free and 50 on paid plans.

What counts as a conversation?
One chat, counted once when it starts. Later messages in the same chat don't count again. One conversation can have up to 20 AI replies on Free and 50 on paid plans.
What happens when we run out of conversations?
Your dashboard warns you at 80%. Agents keep answering a little longer, then new conversations wait for next month or an upgrade. Website visitors only ever see that the assistant is unavailable.
Which plans include apps, Google Drive and MCP?
Pro and Business. Connect your apps covers the apps through Composio, your own MCP servers and APIs, Google Drive folders, and the private link for Claude and ChatGPT.
What are Precise answers?
A more careful answer mode for complex questions, on Business. A Precise conversation counts as five conversations.
What happens if we move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Agents over the new limit are paused and switch back on when you upgrade. Uploaded knowledge keeps answering; you just can't add more until you're under the limit.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment and we refund it in full. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller, and you can cancel any time.
