Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ClearMakes Agents, a service run by ClearMakes (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using ClearMakes Agents you agree to them. If you use ClearMakes Agents for a company, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

Keep your password safe and your details accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.

Plans and payment

ClearMakes Agents has a free plan and paid plans billed monthly or yearly. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes are added at checkout where they apply.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Subscription → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your workspace moves to the free plan. Nothing you have created is deleted when you downgrade.

Usage limits

Each plan includes a number of agents, conversations per month, team members and documents per agent, as shown on the pricing page. When a workspace reaches its monthly conversation limit, its agents may pause until the next month or until you upgrade.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and of your agents’ conversations. You give us permission to store and process that content only to run ClearMakes Agents for you. You must have the right to use the content you upload and must not use ClearMakes Agents for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive, or to send spam.

AI answers

The agents write answers with AI. Answers can be wrong or incomplete; check anything important before you rely on it, and do not use ClearMakes Agents as your only source for medical, legal or financial decisions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ClearMakes Agents running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features or these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ClearMakes Agents is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Ending

You can stop using ClearMakes Agents at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Ask us and we will delete your workspace and its content.
