This page says, in plain words, how ClearMakes Agents keeps your information safe. It lists only what we actually do today.

On the way

Everything between your browser and ClearMakes Agents goes over HTTPS, so it is encrypted on the way. Browsers are told to always use HTTPS for our site (HSTS).

Keys and passwords you give us

Keys and tokens you enter for a custom tool, or for your own AI provider, are encrypted before we store them. We never show them again, not even to you.

Each workspace is kept apart

Every search an agent makes and every file it opens is limited to its own workspace. One customer’s documents and conversations are never used to answer another customer’s visitors.

Where your data is

Your documents and conversations are stored on our server in the United States (Amazon Web Services). The companies that help us run the service are listed on the sub-processors page.

If you think you have found a security problem, please tell us at security@clearmakes.com. We will look into it straight away. Please give us time to fix it before telling anyone else.
