Honest limits
What it doesn't do
- It answers from what you give it. If your pages don't cover a question, it can't either, so it points people to your contact page instead.
- Answers don't show visitors which document they came from.
- It is a chat window on your site, not a live-chat desk for your staff to take over conversations.

How do I add an AI chatbot to my website?
Create an agent, add your website and documents, then copy the snippet from Publish › Website widget and paste it before the closing body tag. On WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix or Squarespace, use the custom code or footer scripts setting.
Will the chatbot make things up?
It answers from the knowledge you give it. Its instructions tell it what to do when something isn't covered, such as pointing visitors to your contact page. Test your common questions privately before you go live.
Does the chatbot slow my site down?
The chat loads separately from your page and only opens when a visitor clicks it.
