Privacy Policy

This explains what ClearMakes Agents, run by ClearMakes, collects and why. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we do not sell personal data.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email address and a hashed password.
• Your workspace: its name, members, agents and settings.
• Content you add: documents, website pages and connected apps you give your agents.
• Conversations with your agents, including the messages visitors send. Where you leave it switched on, the visitor’s IP address and approximate city are recorded; you can turn this off per agent.
• Billing records. Card details go to Paddle, our payment provider, and never reach us.

How we use it

To run your agents and answer your visitors, to show you usage, to bill you, to keep the service secure, and to contact you about your account.

Who processes it for us

• Paddle, for checkout, payments, tax and invoices.
• AI model providers (such as OpenAI and Google), to write answers and understand documents.
• Composio, when you connect apps to an agent.
• Amazon Web Services, where ClearMakes Agents is hosted.

How long we keep it

For as long as your workspace exists. When you ask us to delete your workspace we delete its content, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@clearmakes.com.

Security

Found a security problem? Tell us at security@clearmakes.com and we will look into it straight away.

Cookies

The dashboard stores your sign-in and your preferences (such as the theme) in your browser. The chat widget stores a conversation id on the visitor’s browser so a conversation can continue. We do not use advertising cookies.
