Is the AI actually trained on my data?

Not in the sense of changing the model. Your content is indexed so the agent can find the right passages for each question. That makes it quick to update and keeps your data out of the model itself.

Which file types can I upload?

PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV and plain text, along with their OpenDocument equivalents. You can also add websites and Google Drive folders.

How much can I add?

Free includes 5 documents per agent, Starter 25, Pro 100 and Business 300.

Is there a free plan?
